The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in .Net Core, C#, Microsoft Azure, and modern architectural patterns like Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Key Skills :

- Technical Expertise : .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, JSON, relational database design.

- Cloud Knowledge : Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure WebJobs, App Services, Service Bus.

- Architectural Patterns : Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

- DevOps Expertise : Automating infrastructure and build processes.

- Security Practices : Object-oriented design, defensive coding, and OWASP best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership across teams.

- Uphold best practices in engineering methodologies and processes.

Project Management :

- Report team performance, project milestones, and progress to stakeholders.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Align team goals with organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Team Development :

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of engineering staff.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within teams.

- Develop strategies for individual and team growth.

Technical Contributions :

- Lead features from design to implementation with a strong problem-solving approach.

- Contribute to architecture design, including EDA and SOA, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Implement automation for infrastructure and build processes.

Cloud & Security :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and App Services.

- Apply OWASP principles and promote a defensive coding mindset.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Adapt to evolving organizational needs by taking on additional roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications :

Experience : 8+ years in software development with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

- Strong expertise in .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Familiarity with Angular.js or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
