Job Description for Project Manager (3 yrs)#Consulting #Project Manager Looking for a Project Manager for one of the fastest growing US-based Healthcare Startups, Integra Connect (www.integraconnect.com). The company provides integrated, cloud-based technologies and services to healthcare clients.

Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in project management

• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong ideation & execution capability
• Extremely detail-oriented and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and handle pressure with composure.
• Has a collaborative approach with strong leadership skills
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint

Key Job responsibilities:

• Work closely on all initiatives and projects initiated by the COO
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with Stakeholders.
• Conduct/Attend regular meetings to review progress, track minutes, ensure the actionable are delivered/closed in a timely manner, address issues and manage risks
• SLA Management of Projects in line with Client requirement/agreement.
• Deliver relevant and insightful information by publishing regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plan and highlight to respective stakeholders in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates of project progress to Senior Leadership and Stakeholders.
• Interactions with external agencies, vendors, consultants on behalf of the Senior Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all dealings.

Required:

• 3 years of overall experience, with minimum 2 years in end-to-end project management
• Degree in Project Management from one of the premier institutes with good academics & overall achievements.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
