Outbound Calling Specialist - NDR

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to buyers to address and resolve NDR issues promptly.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand delivery issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Management: Accurately record call outcomes and customer feedback in the system.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the warehousing and logistics teams to facilitate quick resolution of delivery issues.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and deliveries are completed.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on NDR activities and outcomes to the management team.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
