We will count on you to:

• Ensure to maintain TAT within agreed SLA. Also ensure all Procurement metrics are - Green-
• Develop reports enabling tracking of Procurement performance against KPIs
• Lead the purchasing team to deliver business reviews with key suppliers
• Monitor internal procurement systems and processes and ensure that compliance is achieved across the organization.
• Leading teams of various profiles i.e. - Procurement (PO, Non PO, EDI) & Vendor management
• Leading and Managing team of outbound and inbound calls and report to management on daily basis.
• Provide supportive leadership, motivating and directing Employees as they work
• Conducting the performance management process working with Employees to develop, monitor, and review Employees work performance

What you need to have:

• 5-7 Years of experience in Source, Procurement and Payable processes
• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualified MBA Procurement Specialist/CIPS Qualification to a high level

• Exposure to ERP such as Oracle, SAP
• Strong insurance and / or insurance broking business domain knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
