Industry: Candidate from Automobile OEM into bus & truck manufacturing only.

JD:-

• Handling Half of India commercial vehicle Buses/Trucks for service/ maintenance, warranty and spare parts(25 Depot+ 3Mining Site).
• Managing the service operations of commercial vehicles at numerous STU customer service improvement initiatives.
• Significant exposure in building & maintaining relationships with various STU and establishing key accounts with excellent levels of retention & loyalty.
• Hands-on experience in dealing with all service-related issues, managing customers(STU), providing sales & after-sales services; proficient in leading dedicated teams for the timely achievement of targets.
• Strengthened relationship with strategic account by leveraging key account management skills.
• Handling private & state government Buses/Trucks, with a Spare parts inventory, Service Operation and Customer Support and Warranty.
• Zero Breakdown of Buses in his Zones , control kilometer loss.
• Proactive Maintenance Plan
• Schedule maintenance Plan
• Replacement of spare parts who are nearing for its age
