Role & responsibilities

Accounting, Audit, and Finance

• Excellent technical skills in the accounting of IND AS.
• Monitoring and managing the month-end accounting, and prepare financial reports periodically.
• Managing the annual external audit, and ensuring timely completion of the audit.
• Responsible for contract review, expenditures, and payments review.
• Responsible for the safety of company assets. Overseeing periodic physical inventory, PPE. Prepare bank reconciliation statements periodically.
• Analyzing the results and driving factors periodically to support the management's decision-making.

Tax & Compliance

• Liaison with government departments and regulatory authorities, banks, and external accounting firms to ensure compliance with various statutory obligations.
• Filling of periodical tax returns, including GST, Income Tax.
• Ensure that statutory payments (PF, ESI, GST, etc.) are made on a timely basis.

Information System

• Good knowledge of Tally, ensuring the smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across the organization.
