About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in training and development initiatives.
• Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
