Inventory and Operations Executive (Medicine)

Primary Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management:
• Manage medicine inventory to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and expiry risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management tools.
• Managing and distributing medicine and lab materials to clinics
• Maintain the companies other inventory stockholders like welcome Kits
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Use Google Sheets and Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) to manage, analyze, and report inventory data.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels, consumption trends, and procurement activities.
3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for procurement, stock management, and compliance purposes.
• Handle large datasets effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning.
4. Procurement Coordination:
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure medicines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
5. Stock Optimization:
• Implement procedures for managing medicine expiry dates, including stock rotation and disposal of expired items.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare professionals to align inventory with clinical needs.
6. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements for medicine storage and inventory management.
• Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance.
7. Cleanliness & Organization:
• Keep the inventory storage area clean and organized for easy access and efficient operations.
8. Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement and improve inventory management practices.
• Support training for staff on inventory-related processes as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in pharmacy operations or inventory management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (strong knowledge of advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
• Familiarity with inventory management software or manual tracking systems.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
