Job Description
- Processing all Gold Loan login cases from branches and supporting Gold Loan customers at branch level
- Will do cross sell other product to Gold Loan customers.
- To facilitate Repayment, Renewal, Closer and Fore closer of Gold Loan along with new loan procession at branch level.
- Responsible to maintain process quality & ensures adherence to internal audit standards for Gold Loan.
- Will act as back-up for BOO and CCR at branch and will responsible for their job in their absence (For All branch formats: BB-led, MB-Led, URC and SFB).
