Officer- Central Process Management

• Responsible for updating and maintaining repository of all circulars, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Policies of all the functions/businesses of the Bank, that can be hosted in public domain.
• Drafting SOP, Circulars etc., based on inputs received from the stake holders as first level for further review by Manager CPM.
• Be a single point contact for assigned verticals to ensure assistance in preparing process note, SOP, circular for timely delivery.
• Support functional and business units in designing, documenting and refining processes.
• Defining key success parameters for any process improvement/enhancement and its implementation by building cross functional partnerships with all the businesses / functions.
• Responsible to ensure standardization of process being proposed by different verticals.
• Responsible to ensure all documents are reviewed and updated promptly in U-connect and withdraw obsolete/expired processes and as & when a circular is superseded from U-Connect.
• Responsible to create Snippet and training content for dissemination of all the newly circulated process and change in process.
