Bloom by Bold Care focuses on womens wellness through products that support hormonal balance, skincare, and overall well-being. Were looking for a Customer Service Associate to manage order confirmations, cancellations, and abandoned cart recovery while providing excellent support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order confirmations, cancellations, and abandoned cart recovery.
- Resolve customer inquiries with a solutions-driven approach.
- Track and resolve customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to boost sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional service.
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and a regional language.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and order management systems.
- Female candidates only; immediate joiners preferred.
