Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees

✔ Improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills

✔ Conduct training sessions, role-plays, and workshops to boost team performance

✔ Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics

✔ Work closely with sales managers to identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans

✔ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Trainer

✅ Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills

✅ Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs

✅ Experience in sales processes, objection handling, and customer interactions

✅ Knowledge of CRM and sales tools is a plus
