Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets

✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

✔ Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching & training

✔ Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction

✔ Generate reports on sales performance and team productivity

✔ Motivate and inspire the team to maximize sales conversions

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Sales (Domestic Process)

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to train, mentor, and manage a team effectively

✅ Target-driven and result-oriented approach

✅ Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
