Job Description
- Responsibility: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Implementation Executive to oversee and support the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of SAP solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, ensure optimal system performance, and provide training to end-users.
- SAP Implementation & Integration:
- Lead the implementation of SAP modules in alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas of improvement in business workflows and recommend SAP solutions.
- Customize SAP configurations to meet specific business needs.
- Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct system testing and resolve issues during the implementation phases.
- Debug and troubleshoot SAP-related problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Training & Support:
- Provide hands-on training and support to end-users for effective utilization of SAP tools.
- Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials as required.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to understand and address SAP-related challenges.
- Coordinate with external SAP consultants and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.
- System Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for better efficiency.
- Ensure timely updates and patches to the SAP environment in compliance with organizational standards.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP implementation and support
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (MM, WM, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
- Certification in SAP MM or WM module.
