JD:

• Monitor all the daily operations of the Front office Department, Housekeeping department, including the Visitor Management.
• Responsible for Handling Front Office, Reception,& Customer Care Department.
• Serves Visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them approximately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedure, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provides administrative Support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answers phone calls; Schedules meeting, and support visitors.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, Scanning etc.
• Vendor management.
• Handling Company, Visitor Inquiries, Complaints.
• Managing VIP Visits.
