Looking for a Deputy General Manager for Mumbai Location: -

Overall, Purpose of the Role:

Drive the company's growth into new geographies, segments, and product partnerships by identifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing business opportunities leveraging technologies.

Health & Safety Purpose:

Ensure the health and safety of self, subordinates, and others affected by work activities.

Work Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7+ years of Business Development experience

Key Responsibilities:

Implement OCS solutions to enhance core value propositions.
Achieve individual sales targets.
Ensure adherence to SOP documentation.
Manage timely invoice submission and collection.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Drive RFPs with various teams.
Develop commercial proposals.
Capture and act on customer feedback.
Implement technology partnerships.
Drive new customer acquisition and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Provide support for new Key Accounts.
Acquire business intelligence for marketing and sales support.
Act as an escalation contact for new customers.
Uphold the company Health & Safety policy.
