The role is required to coordinate all local crewing quality and compliance related matters.
1. To ensure that all certification is maintained in order. 2. Coordinate with respective statutory authorities as required. 3. Manage local QMS document control (LWI / Authority letters/ stationary and inventory) 4. Reports with Head of Global Quality Assurance to ensure that compliance is managed effectively in line with the standard of ISO, MLC 2006, SRPS, and TMSA.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Assist RCOD/Operations Managers in preparation of Quality management documentation and to communicate same to all concerned parties. To maintain records of all local work and Operational instructions issued RCOD and to communicate same to all parties concerned. Storing and maintaining including keeping inventory of all Quality Management System documents, records as per the needs of the quality management system. Planning and scheduling of training and familiarization of staff pertaining to Quality in consultation with the RCOD. Planning and scheduling internal and external audits for crewing operations in consultation with the RCOD and Global QA. To maintain records of all audits and audit findings and monitor their closure and to communicate same to all parties concerned, and ensuring all Audit Reports are logged in ShipSure Office Inspection Manager. To maintain records of all client audits and planning of the same as per the needs and requirements of the client. To coordinate with clients and obtain feedback on services provided vide means of a survey. To plan all travel and logistics and other requirements for external auditors. To keep abreast of the latest regulations both local and international that impact crewing, release such updates in consultation with the RCOD and Global QA. Follow up with the operations managers or respective PIC for mandatory reporting of crewing related incidents to authorities. Liaise with other V. offices as required and exchange/share data that is required to comply with VMS. Maintain and manage documents that need to be submitted to Consulates / Administration and local statutory authorities. Support in communication of the office KPI s to all colleagues. Prepare quality presentations under the guidance of RCOD/Ops Managers as and when required. Providing regular quality assurance supervision and reporting over Global QA.

Minimum Graduate Minimum 5 years experience in coordination job Experience in report making Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relations with other stake holders. Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
