Assist with identifying training solutions and producing content for developing future seafaring skills. Provide technical inputs and subject matter expertise on maritime skills and learning.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Collaborate across vessel and shore teams to identify skills gaps for future initiatives.

Input into design of training programs addressing culture and welfare issues.

Run live webinars and produce training content for Marine HR projects and campaigns.

Support with delivery of learning solutions in collaboration with Training team.

Assist with mentoring and coaching of vessel leaders as part of career development program.
