Workday Principal Consultant/Solutions Architect

• A Workday Principal Consultant/SolutionsArchitect with over 6+ years of Workday Functional experience. Will beresponsible for analysing, designing, configuring, testing, and deployingWorkday solutions to meet the business requirements of clients.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance toclients on best practices, system configuration, implementation methodology,and collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful integration ofWorkday with other systems.
  
• Having good exposure in Pre-sales and Salesactivities for Australia Market.

Skills and Qualification

• Expertise in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation,Recruitment, Talent Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Payroll,Security, Prism, Benefits, and other complex HCM solutions.
  
• Active or prior Workday certification isrequired.
  
• Candidates must possess hands-on experience inat least two or more modules, excluding core HCM and core compensation.
  
• Must have worked on end-to-end implementation ofWorkday projects and hands-on experience with the deployment process.
  
• Experience in handling Workday Sales andPre-Sales activities, working closely on the go-to-market strategy, leadgeneration and net-new client acquisition.
  
• Strong presentation, communication, listening,and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
  
• Staying up to date of the latest Workdayreleases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the mosteffective solutions to clients.
