Job Description

3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
Expertise in P2P, Expenses, R2R, Accounting,Banking, O2C, C2C, Knowledge on Settlement and other complex Finance solutions.
Must have worked on End-to-end implementationworkday projects and hands-on experience in the deployment process.
Active Workday certification is mandatory.
Collaborate with the ClientProject team, HR,and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes,and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen,and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate thefunctionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainmentof the clients expected business result.
Optimize and maintain the Workday system,ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatorystandards.
Conduct health checks for clients that arealready live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workdayoptimization.
Stay updated on Workday releases andenhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toWorkday configurations and functionality.
Ability to absorb new technologies and featuresquickly.
Good oral, written communication, andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customerexpectations.
Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer,and problem solver.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize timeeffectively.
