Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecallers / Telecalling Executives who is fluent in English and Tamil and is willing to relocate to Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls daily to industrial clients, introducing them to our Ecommerce Softwares products.

Identify potential customers and understand their requirements for Online sales solutions.

Generate leads by engaging with decision-makers and influencing them to explore our products.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, follow-up schedules, and prospect status.

Follow up persistently with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
