Handle legal disputes, liaise with external legal counsel, and represent the company when required.
Monitor and manage corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and regulatory filings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to management on potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Commercial Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiations.
Prepare and evaluate commercial proposals, pricing models, and tender documents.
Monitor commercial transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders, and payments.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment in commercial processes.
Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities.
