Process Associate

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing order management tasks, including customer account creation, payment validation, and invoice generation.
• Receive and accurately enter billing activities into the system.
• Validate pricing sheets, quotes, and other service-related documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for billing processes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to ensure all inquiries are resolved.
• Identify and actively communicate opportunities for continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain the billing task queue and ensure all inquiries and tasks are responded to professionally, promptly, and completely.
• Take full ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed on time and with a high level of accuracy.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure the highest level of quality in all work.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders to manage task orders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a billing or order management role, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and billing software/tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in service billing or invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or billing platforms.
• Knowledge of pricing structures, quotes, and service contracts.
