Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in project management, customer relationship building, and business development. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements and define project scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
  • Suggest customized solutions that effectively meet clients' needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered products and services to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
  • Handle project management administrative tasks including managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
  • Supervise the procurement process for each project and coordinate the allocation of resources.
  • Ensure project teams have the necessary resources at the right time to complete deliverables.
  • Assign tasks to team members, clarify project milestones, and provide guidance on deliverables.
  • Act as the liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document outcomes, and generate detailed project reports.
  • Foster collaboration among internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding project status, performance, and outcomes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • BE/B.Tech (Engineering) and MBA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in project management or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects while handling multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and ensuring collaboration between departments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
