Food And Beverage Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage beverage services during events to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food presentations on time
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Oversee restaurant management tasks such as shift planning, inventory control, and team supervision.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all F&B outlets, including banquets, restaurants, room service, and bars.
• Manage beverage operations from procurement to consumption to ensure quality standards are met.
• Oversee hotel sales activities to increase revenue growth through effective customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, front office) for seamless guest experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maintain profitability

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (hotels & restaurants).
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (IHM), Hotel Sales & Marketing (IHM), or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality principles, and customer service standards.
