Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand the footprint of NY Cinemas in the South Region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and leveraging business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue while strengthening the brands presence across the southern markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the South Region for NY Cinemas, focusing on untapped markets and high-potential locations.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, mall owners, broking firms, government bodies, and other potential partners to facilitate seamless collaborations.
• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with partners to secure prime locations for new multiplexes and cinema-related projects.
• Feasibility Studies: Conduct in-depth feasibility analyses and market research, including competitive assessments, consumer insights, and financial viability studies, to guide decision-making for potential projects.
• Brand Development: Represent NY Cinemas at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in business development within the Cinema Multiplex, F&B Chains or Retail Sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals, managing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage high-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in conducting feasibility studies and interpreting market data.
• Self-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• In-depth understanding of the southern regional market, including consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and competitive landscape.
