Location : Mumbai (Airoli)

About the Role : PMO (Construction)

• Providing program governance to multiple construction projects.
• Review the project schedules submitted by partners/ project managers, identify risks, dependencies, critical activities. Tracking & reporting till mitigation.
• Prepare management dashboards and review presentations for weekly/ monthly quarterly reviews.
• Support project managers on the ground to activities needing help from central/ corporate office.
• Engaging with Cross functional teams to ensure their actions are tracked and closed in timely manner. Escalate if needed.
• Capex management of all the projects. Forecasting the spend, reporting actual vs. planned, benchmarking compared to business plan etc.
