Shift Timing - 4 PM - 1 AM IST

Our services include bookkeeping, financial closing and reporting, payroll management, Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO advisory, including Business and Process Transformation By outsourcing their finance and accounting functions to us, our clients gain access to expert support, streamline operations, reduce overhead, and drive business growth. We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base in this fast-growing sector.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the US, Europe and Middle East who could benefit from our

outsourcing services. You will focus on building relationships with key decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses, understanding their needs, and positioning our services as a strategic solution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Research and identify potential clients within various industries who would benefit from outsourced finance and accounting services.
    • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services and generate interest.
    • Presenting the finance and accounting services to clients and explaining how these services can meet their needs
    • Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand their needs, challenges, and current financial management practices.
  • Consultative Sales Approach:
    • Develop a deep understanding of each prospects business, pain points, and goals to offer tailored outsourcing solutions.
    • Educate prospects on the benefits of outsourcing their finance and accounting functions, such as cost reduction, increased efficiency, scalability, and access to expert resources.
    • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet the prospects needs.
  • Proposal Development & Closing:
    • Collaborate with the sales team and subject matter experts to create customized proposals, pricing, and service packages.
    • Handle negotiations and guide prospects through the sales process, overcoming objections and addressing concerns.
    • Close sales, securing long-term outsourcing contracts with new clients.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building:
    • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales cycle.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and excellent service delivery once the contract is signed.
    • Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction, identify potential for additional services, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
    • Manage and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
    • Analyze sales metrics and adjust outreach strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
    • Partner with marketing to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and industry trends.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in finance and accounting outsourcing, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
    • Continuously improve sales skills through training and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in the B2B sector, financial services, or outsourcing industry.
    • Experience in selling to mid and small size companies in the US and Europe at CxO level.
    • Experience in selling service-based solutions (finance, accounting, HR, IT outsourcing) is a plus.
    • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives, CFOs, and decision-makers.
    • Consultative sales approach with a focus on problem-solving and providing value to clients.
    • Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
    • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus.
