Accounts Executive and Administrator

The person will work directly with the Management and will have the potential to learn and be a part of the core team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and salary processing for the company.
• Prepare and submit GST returns, TDS returns, annual returns, and income tax returns on time.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Zoho Books or similar software.
• Ensure timely payment of bills and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Provide support in bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries, ledger posting, and voucher making.
• Responsible for the admin management of the Head Office.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in accountancy or related field with expertise in GST return preparation (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9 software with knowledge of other accounting software like Zoho Books an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping.
