Accounts Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes.
• Assist in tax preparation, including GST computation and payment, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and management.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom/BAF) or CA Inter (Group A/Group B).
• 1-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
• Experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and finalizing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Communication Skills: Basic English, Hindi & Marathi/Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
