Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with expertise in Indian taxation and compliance. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations, and support overall financial operations. The role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances

Designation: Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax filings.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Stay updated on Indian tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Handle documentation and compliance related to corporate laws and company filings.
• Support in internal audits and risk assessment processes.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
