Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly and Weekly Cost.
•  Prepare various MIS on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Prepare weekly/ monthly Cost Presentation for Plant Management Team.
•  Prepare and Review the Fixed Cost Details Department wise.
• Prepare Landed Cost of Raw Material.
• Analysis of Inventory Aging Report to support in taking necessary corrective action.
•  Analysis of variance between Budget/Forecast Vs Actual Cost.
• Support Pant Controller to Perform Cost Benefit Analysis to explore the most feasible
• alternative.
• Support Plant Controller to prepare Budget and Monthly/weekly Forecast.
• Support Plant Controller for Review PR and PO.
• Support Plant Controller for effective Internal control and Policies.
• Support Plant controller to prepare various reports as and when required basis.
• Conduct monthly Physical Verification of Bulk Material and Stores& Spares
• Reconciliation of Stock at month end.
• To pass JEs for monthly books closing and to coordinate with all departments for ensuring correct provision
•  Bills Checking and Verification with PO Terms and Condition.
• Provide various data/Report as per the timeline of Statutory/Cost auditor.
