Safety Leadership in Quality at plant
Managing the plant quality function by coordinating with AQM / Plant Incharge.
Ensure procurement of the raw materials and identification of the sources for the plant.
Validating the Mix design for the plant.
Controlling the Admixture & Optimize cost / Cum
Site Cube and workability management Quality testing of incoming raw material as per ITP
Validate of new recipe created in Labmix by AQM / Super User and ensuring the same receipt in BCMIX.
Maintaining of raw material records and cube results.
Upgrading of plant under QCI Certification as per KPI
Testing of Admixture solid content for each load.
Ensure sampling of Cement/Flyash/GGBS/Silicafume/Alcofine/Admixture for each load and available for 3 months for quality recheck.
Ensure all admixture stock must be consumed within 3 months.
Reconcile of customer complaint and closure of FIR
