Executive/AM- Stage&Gate, New Product Transfer

Role & responsibilities

Stage & Gate Process:

• Custodian of stage and gate process for all three business
• Ensure adherence to stage and gate process across all stages of product formulation, development, and trial
• Check, verify and ensure internal & external compliances

Assist Lead New Product transfer on the following activities-

New Product Transfer- Cement

• Track emerging trends and understand customer need gap and propose innovative product offerings
• Financial viability, cost aspects, process scale up and replication at other sites
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Marketing for field trials
• Drive the CUT for the target products
• Aligning with marketing, procurement, finance, and sales
• Post launch support in the form of training to Sales, BD, Marketing team
• Communication and promotion amongst influencers and addressing customers issues
• Techno commercial support in product penetration and stabilization by translating market feedback into action points to ensure revenue generation and growth.
