Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Visit Engagement: Attend scheduled site visits with prospective clients, providing detailed information about the project and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert site visits into confirmed bookings, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Project Presentation: Clearly present the project features, benefits, and competitive advantages during site visits.
  • Booking Facilitation: Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial interest to final confirmation.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed site visit to booking conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on site visit outcomes, conversion rates, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients post-site visit to address any additional questions and encourage final booking.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role within the real estate sector.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to showcase the projects value effectively.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple site visits and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales.
  • Familiarity with booking and sales processes in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
