Job Description:

Position: Team Leading Sales

Location: Chennai

Role Overview:

The Team Lead Sales will manage and guide a sales team to meet targets, enhance revenue, and build lasting customer relationships. This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales strategy and execution to achieve company goals.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience more than 7 years, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).

Working Days – 6 days Working

Monday to Saturday.

Salary: 6 LPA to 8.4 LPA (Negotiable)
