Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding their real estate needs, guiding them through the property buying, selling, leasing, and investment process.
• Market Insights: Keep clients informed about the latest market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Solution Development: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored solutions that meet their real estate goals.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, working towards meeting sales targets and expanding the company's client base.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Act as the main point of contact for negotiations and ensure smooth closures of deals, ensuring the best interests of clients and the company are maintained.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a high standard of service.
• Client Retention: Establish and implement strategies for client retention and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in client relationship management, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and understand their unique needs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
