Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Residential Sales to join our dynamic team in North Bangalore.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the residential real estate market, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively engage in lead generation activities, including prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and sellers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on local market conditions, including new developments, property values, and demand-supply dynamics.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized advice and guidance.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including sales associates, marketing professionals, and property managers.
- Share market insights and best practices with the team.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, property listings, and sales transactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in North Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
