Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of residential and commercial real estate projects, developing revenue strategies, overseeing marketing efforts, and providing training to the sales team. Your role will primarily focus on driving sales, conducting site visits, analyzing sales data, and suggesting ideal real estate solutions to clients based on their needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Real Estate Sales & Client Acquisition:
    • Sell residential and commercial real estate projects to new and existing clients.
    • Conduct site visits with clients to showcase various real estate options.
    • Understand client requirements and suggest the best-fit projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maximizing sales.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Planning:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for both residential and commercial properties.
    • Analyze sales trends and project future sales, ensuring the profitability of services and products.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Market Research & Client Relationship Management:
    • Create detailed research reports based on client needs and market trends to guide purchasing decisions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying process.
  • Sales Data Analysis:
    • Analyze sales data and key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Team Management & Training:
    • Set clear sales goals for the sales team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
    • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team on sales techniques, client handling, and product knowledge.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for professional development.
  • Customer Acquisition & B2B Marketing:
    • Implement strategies for customer acquisition including direct sales, cold calling, and B2B marketing.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials, advertisements, and online campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially in residential and commercial properties.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a sales team.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
