Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
• Lead and execute Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition and optimization of functionalities.
• Design, develop, and maintain B2B Commerce solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and Architect, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
• Experience in designing and implementing B2B Commerce solutions within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address challenges and optimize solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts, and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications are highly desirable and demonstrate proficiency and expertise in Salesforce development.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce multiple cloud functionality, best practices, and integration capabilities.
