Job Description for Salesforce Architect:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 12-14 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, analysing business requirements, and architecting scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable for future growth.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and code quality.

• Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and platforms to ensure data flow and consistency.

• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications by developing custom components, triggers, and Visualforce pages.

• Data Modelling: Define data models, object structures, and relationships to ensure data integrity and efficient storage.

• Security: Implement and maintain security best practices and ensure data protection in Salesforce.

• Governance: Establish and enforce Salesforce governance and best practices within the organization.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and process flows.

• Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials are preferred.

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development technologies.

• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Integration Cloud.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
