Role & responsibilities
- End to end - Functional aspects of CRM/C4C Process Knowledge.
- At least 4+ years of experience in SAP and one end to end implementation cycles.
- Good domain Knowledge.

- Responsible for Requirement Gathering, configuration, testing and support.
