We are currently seeking a [[SCCM/Intune Administrator]] to join our team in [[Noida]], [[Uttar Pradesh]], [[India]].

Prepare documentation and schedule Configuration Management/system Service Instance changes for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Define and approve Client s Supported Environment security policies and procedures.
Provide and maintain the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Approve the selection of the management and monitoring tools.
Provide business rules, server instance classification rules, Change Management Window details and other required details in order to maintain the right level of maintenance and troubleshooting for the Supported Environment.
Verify System operability after maintenance activities and System changes for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Provide inputs to the Service Management/Configuration Management teams in order to support the CMDB inventory updates to reflect Managed SCCM Infrastructure Environment changes, additions and deletions.
Provide inputs to the Service Management/Configuration Management team in support of routine inventory reconciliation activities to validate configuration management accuracy as related to the Managed SCCM infrastructure.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune administration and engineering tasks.
Provides a central point of contact for all Services-related and implementation issues pertaining to Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Manage Client related tasks as well as the Client resources associated with the Change or Request Management and coordinate their activities with NTT DATA.
Approve changes, upgrades and/or refresh requirements, to improve performance in anticipation of such future loads, including performance improvement expectations.
Attend routine Problem Management meetings and assist in the creation of RCA material.
Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune settings and configurations in support of Infrastructure for MECM Intune.
Review Health status and provide remediation activities for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune systems and Services not operating under expected conditions (failures and errors).
Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune configuration level policies.
Assist data backup support teams in preparation and execution of configuration database protection/data backup for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Microsoft Intune is cloud-based service and Microsoft is responsible for Database Protection Data backup).
Update/upgrade Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager infrastructure following the agreed System update policies.
Apply the Client defined security policies, rules and procedures following the agreed security management policies via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.
Perform the maintenance of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune which is necessary to enable Supported Services.
Define Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune settings that need to be monitored and support remediation activities if they are out of compliance.
