Job Description Summary:

The Associate Learning and Development Partner is an entry subject matter expert, responsible for assisting with the delivery of learning and development initiatives for an assigned business unit.

This role works on less complex activities involved in the full training cycle and earns how to enhance the learning and development experience at the organization by assisting with the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platforms.

Required Experience:

• Entry level experience in training program design, delivery, and coordination alongside assisting in the creation of training content, materials, and modules.
• Entry level experience collaborating with various stakeholders to understand learning need.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms can be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learns how to conduct a learning needs analysis and assist with the implementation of strategies to ensure that these needs are met.
• Offer support to improve learning programs and content and assist with the deployment customized programs based on the needs identified.
• Schedules and coordinates both technical and behavioral learning interventions in line with annual training targets.
• Ensures that learning programs are conducted and facilitated correctly, applying and implementing the best learning tools and methodologies.
• Assists with the development of management information reports on learning and development initiatives and on the progress made in relation to the annual training targets.
• Ensures that all learning and development interventions adhere to company procedure and policy and the relevant country legislation.
• Learns how to enhance the learning and development experience at the organization by assisting with the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platforms.
• Provides assistance to internal stakeholders on the co-ordination of learning and development programs.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Basic understanding of training methods
• Basic knowledge of how to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and design targeted training solutions.
• Familiarity with coordinating training logistics, scheduling sessions, and managing training materials.
• Basic understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments, employees, and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills for conveying training information clearly and engagingly.
• Skill in addressing minor challenges that may arise during training sessions.
• Organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and logistics.
