Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance through innovative training programs, skill development initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and gaps.
• Program Design & Delivery: Develop, organize, and conduct engaging training programs to meet organizational goals.
• Content Creation: Design training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and manuals.
• Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Learning Platforms: Manage and update learning management systems (LMS) and ensure employees have access to relevant resources.
• Employee Engagement: Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing workshops, webinars, and other developmental activities.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure training activities align with company policies and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using LMS and other training tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of emerging L&D trends and best practices.
• Certification in training, such as CPLP or equivalent, is a plus.
