Data Engineer :-

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team who is experienced in different databases like SQL Server, MySQL, AWS S3 and Snowflake etc., Experience Data Processing using ETL tools. You will interface with Product Managers, Commercial teams and data engineering team to manage, generate and serve data based on user requirement.

Key tasks include:

• Build & support data ingestion and processing pipelines. This will entail extract, load and transform of big data from a wide variety of sources, both batch & streaming, using latest data frameworks and technologies.
• Data Feed generation from the inbuilt tool and serve into AWS, FTP or into client specific locations.
• Build real-time monitoring dashboards and alerting systems.
• Partner with product to assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements, ensure build out of Data Dictionaries/data catalog and detailed documentation and knowledge around these data assets, metrics and KPIs.
• Warehouse this data, build data marts, data aggregations, metrics, KPIs, business logic that leads to actionable insights into our product efficacy, marking platform, customer behavior, retention etc.

Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering /Technology / MCA
• 5 + years of relevant industry work experience
• Experience with setting up and maintaining Snowflake, SQL Server Data warehouse ,- AWS RDS (MySQL), Databricks
• Strong Expertise in setting up and maintaining AWS S3
• Strong knowledge of advanced SQL, data warehousing concepts, DataMart designing.
• Experience in ETL Tools like SSIS, Glue Jobs etc.
• Have experience in in modern data platform components such as Spark, Python, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, etc.
• Experience with Distributed Versioning Control environments such as GIT, Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of the Business information industry with different industries.
• Experience building self-serve tools that simplify technical configuration and implementation process.
• Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time
• Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment and flexible to accommodate demanding project deliverables.
