We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Description - Service Now Virtual Agent Developer
Note: Each developer will be India-based and will be required to work 100% from an NTTD office.

Play a critical role in developing and implementing intelligent virtual agents to enhance user experiences and streamline processes within the ServiceNow platform.
2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM Virtual Agent platform
Virtual Agent Designer
Decision trees
Intents
NLU capabilities
Understand basic foundation of Natural language processing (NLP) - to create natural and user-friendly conversations
ServiceNow Teams integration experience
Develop/maintain custom integrations, APIs with internal VA s in ServiceNow and external API systems
Seamless data flow and process automation
Continuously analyze for improvements to enhance accuracy, user satisfaction, and efficiency
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and technical guidance as needed
Service Now developer experience (Java Script Experience in ServiceNow Environment)
Experience navigating/creating/modifying Service Now Records
Ideally Experience with Customization of Service Now Virtual Agent
Catalog Developer - Workflow on backend
