Job Description

• Minimum 4 + years of experience supporting SAP CAR module in S4 HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of CAR configuration and integration including system setup, configuration, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Understanding of Point-of-Sale applications
• Understanding of SAP EWM integration
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP certification in CAR module

Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for supporting SAP CAR
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, errors.
• Fulfil user submitted enhancement Requests
• Answer customer functional questions
• Configure and Enhance CAR environment as requested.
• Support the integration of data from various sources into SAP CAR, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data models within SAP CAR to support real-time analytics and reporting.
• Perform testing and work with business users as required for all system changes.
• Unit testing
• Integration testing
• User Acceptance testing
• Document business processes, system configurations, issue resolutions and new functionality
• Work with AMS team supporting SAP S/4 HANA environment.
• Perform knowledge transfer to CAR backup resource.

Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience
Work timings 12 to 10 pm IST week days, On call support for P1 issues, 24x7
