Write Integration design specifications for the One People project, Support developers and testers and update IDDs based on quality assurance and One People testing

Mandatory skills - at least 3-year experience in the following:SuccessFactors - knowledge of SF APIs, Odata, Integration center, Manage Data, Foundation Data, EmployeeCentral, Recruitment, timeoff and compensation ModuleKnowledge of HR data and process Related to Newjoiner, Termination, Global assignment, Global transfer, Acquistion, performance, learning and DevelopmentKnowledge of Integration architecture (Integration from/to SuccessFactors from/to any other Sas Application) - REST API, WebServicesConfigure core modules in SuccessFactors Core HR to meet client requirementsDefine workflows and business rules within SuccessFactorsParticipate in data migration activities for employee and organizational dataParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets user expectations Work with development and participate in testing to resolve any issues identified during testingCollaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and map them to SuccessFactors Core capabilitiesDocument and analyse functional requirements for the implementationIn-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core functionalities and configuration optionsProficient Communication
