Application Developer

Offshore Business Analyst (BA) with good communication skills

The BA will work on web application projects built on Java or similar web platforms

Technical knowledge of Java or related technologies is preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills are required

Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements

Work closely with stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth application adoption and understand enhancement requests in the application

Support Agile processes like sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making

Provide updates and coordinate with stakeholders via regular calls

Experience in tools like Jira

Basic technical knowledge of Java or similar technologies is a plus

Previous experience in web application projects is preferred

Work Hours:Coverage until 2 PM EST, with occasional coverage till 4pm EST based on project needs
